Wednesday, 15th November 2017
Everyone is welcome to join us at 9.30am for an early morning cup of coffee at the Corrugated Café @ 780 Peats Ridge Road, Peats Ridge.
Leaving the Corrugated Cafe at 10 am, we will take a 60 km drive to Norah Head Lighthouse (40 Bush St, Norah Head) via Kulnura and the scenic Yarramalong Valley.
On arrival at the Lighthouse at 11.30am, we have organized to go on a short, 30-minute guided tour where we will learn about the history of the Lighthouse, the Lighthouse Keepers duties, local shipwrecks and share other anecdotal stories and yarns. The cost of the tour is $6 per person.
At the completion of the tour we will drive one kilometer to The Ark Café (8 Bush Street Norah Head) for lunch at 12.30 pm. For the shoppers amongst us, The Ark also stocks a great range of ethically sourced men's and ladies clothing, gifts, home wares and hand shaped surfboards.
Please confirm your attendance with Margaret and Geoff Smith by phone on:
0438 414700 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 10th November 2017.
Come along for a fun and friendly run on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (February to November). Additional details will be given each month at the Club meeting the week preceding the run, as well as being posted on the website & included in the newsletter.
